Chimney cleaning kit for drill

A modern chimney cleaning kit is designed for the mechanical removal of soot, tar and other deposits from chimney and ventilation flues. Powered by a drill or screwdriver, it sets in motion a rotating head equipped with metal chains that effectively remove even hard and vitrified deposits.

How does a chimney cleaning kit for a drill work?

After being connected to a drill, the rotating head starts operating inside the chimney flue. Metal chains strike the chimney walls, removing accumulated soot, tar and other deposits.

The bearing-mounted rod ensures smooth operation and greater stability during cleaning. Thanks to its flexible construction, the kit also works well in flues with bends and uneven sections.

The best results are achieved when cleaning from the top, however shorter rod versions also allow convenient cleaning from the bottom of the chimney.

Usage recommendations

• Cleaning should only be performed on a cold chimney with a temperature not exceeding 45°C.
• The maximum recommended operating speed is up to 1000 RPM.
• Before starting work, fully unwind the rod to ensure free operation.
• During longer cleaning sessions, it is recommended to take regular breaks every 10 minutes.
